👩‍🍳 Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the chopped corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, and Thousand Island dressing.
  3. Spread half of the cubed rye bread in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  4. Pour the corned beef mixture over the bread, spreading it evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining cubed rye bread.
  6. Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the casserole.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes, until the top is golden and the casserole is heated through.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
