Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
Unroll the cinnamon rolls and press them into the bottom of the dish to form an even layer.
In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth and creamy.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll layer.
Drizzle the heavy cream and brown sugar over the top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
