Instructions:
1Blend nuts in a food processor until finely chopped.
2Add dates, cocoa powder, chia seeds, vanilla, coconut oil, and salt, then blend until a sticky dough forms.
3If too dry, add 1-2 tbsp warm water until it sticks together.
4Press the mixture into a lined baking dish to form an even layer.
5Optional: Melt dark chocolate and drizzle over the top.
6Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, then cut into bars.
7Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks!
Tips:
Use Medjool dates for extra sweetness.
Add protein powder for a post-workout snack.
Sprinkle with shredded coconut for extra texture!
