Sear the Steak Bites:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2 minutes without stirring.
Flip and cook for another 2 minutes until browned.
Add Garlic Butter:
Reduce heat to medium, add butter, garlic, red pepper flakes, and rosemary.
Baste the steak bites with the garlic butter for 1 minute. Remove from pan and set aside.
Cook the Eggs:
In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat.
Crack eggs into the pan and cook until whites are set but yolks are runny (or to your preference).
Assemble & Serve:
Plate the steak bites with the eggs.
Drizzle with any remaining garlic butter from the pan.
Sprinkle with extra black pepper and enjoy!
