1Prepare the Filling:
In a saucepan, combine mango, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice over medium heat.
Stir until mixture thickens (2-3 mins), then remove from heat.

Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares or rectangles.
Spoon mango filling onto half of each piece.
