Lebanese Lamb Arayes – Stuffed Pita Perfection!

Instructions:

 1In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined.

 2Slice the pita breads in half, creating pockets, and stuff each pocket with the lamb mixture, pressing gently to ensure it’s packed in.

3 Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Place the stuffed pita halves in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy, and the lamb is fully cooked.

 4Remove from heat and let rest for a couple of minutes. Slice the Arayes into wedges and serve with a side of yogurt dip, tahini, or fresh vegetables for a perfect meal.

 5Garnish with extra parsley and enjoy the flavors of Lebanon in every bite!
