- Fry or Bake:
- Frying Method: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry each stick until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- Baking Method: Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the sticks on a parchment-lined tray, spray with oil, and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Prepare the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix sour cream or yogurt, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Stir well.
- Serve:
- Serve the crispy potato sticks hot with garlic dill sauce on the side for dipping.
