- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) if baking, or heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat if pan-searing.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- If Baking: Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- If Pan-Searing: Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes per side, or until crispy and cooked through.
- While the salmon cooks, prepare the bang bang sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, lime juice, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Once the salmon is cooked, drizzle or spread the bang bang sauce generously over the fillets.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
