Directions:
1. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour mixture, coating them evenly.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and minced garlic. Stir well and bring the mixture to a simmer.
4. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it with the sauce. Let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the chicken to absorb the flavors.
5. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.
