Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Place the crushed Ritz crackers in a separate shallow dish.
Pour 1/4 cup of milk into another shallow dish.
Dip each chicken breast into the milk, then press into the cheese mixture, ensuring a thick coating of cheese sticks to the chicken.

Roll the cheese-coated chicken in the crushed crackers, pressing the crumbs onto the chicken to adhere.
Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle the melted butter over the top.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden and crispy.

While the chicken is baking, prepare the sauce by whisking together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and 2 tablespoons of milk in a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat until warmed through.
Serve the chicken topped with the creamy sauce.
