1. Mix the Greek yogurt, cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract well in a large bowl until it forms a creamy mixture.
2. Pour the yogurt mixture evenly into dessert glasses or bowls. Place a layer of fresh fruit on top of the yogurt mixture and press down lightly.
3. Place the glasses in the fridge for at least 1 hour to allow the dessert to set. Garnish with mint leaves before serving and enjoy!
