Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, thoroughly combine the melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips until the mixture is well combined.
Chill: Refrigerate the mixture for about an hour to firm up, which will make it easier to roll into balls.
Form Cookie Balls: Scoop and roll the mixture into 1 1/4-inch balls. Keep them on the small side, as they are quite rich.
Coat with Crumbs: Roll the formed balls in additional graham cracker crumbs to coat them evenly.
