  • 2 eggs

  • 1 small handful Sichuan peppercorns
  • 1 medium carrot, finely diced
  • 300 g (10.5 oz) pork belly, minced
  • 30 g (2 tbsp) bread crumbs
  • 30 g (2 tbsp) crispy meat powder (or substitute with more bread crumbs)
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
