Potatoes: 700 g (25 oz)
Water: 2 l (68 pt)
Butter: 60 g (2.1 oz)

For the Tomato Sauce:
Tomato sauce: 100 g (3.5 oz)
Olive oil: 15 ml (0.5 fl oz)
Oregano: 4 g (0.1 oz)
Salt: 2 g (0.1 oz)
For the Meatballs:
Minced meat (beef or pork, or a mix): 1 kg (2 lb)
Onion (finely chopped): 1 pc
Egg: 1 pc
Bread crumbs: 50 g (1.8 oz)
Salt: 5 g (0.2 oz)
Black pepper: 3 g (0.1 oz)
Sweet paprika: 5 g (0.2 oz)
Garlic powder: 5 g (0.2 oz)

Vegetable oil: 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)

Steps to Make Cheesy Meatball-Stuffed Mashed Potatoes
Step 1: Prepare the Mashed Potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut them into evenly sized chunks.
In a large pot, bring the 2 liters of water to a boil. Add the potatoes and a pinch of salt. Boil for 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the butter, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the chopped dill for added flavor. Set aside and keep warm.
Step 2: Make the Tomato Sauce
In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the tomato sauce, oregano, and salt. Stir well to combine.
