2 apples 
Juice of half a lemon 
Butter – 30g (1 tablespoon)
Sugar – 2 tablespoons
3 eggs 
Sugar – 180g
A pinch of salt
Vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract) – half a teaspoon
Vegetable oil – 100ml
Yogurt or sour cream – 3 tablespoons
Flour – 8 tablespoons (280g or 2 cups)
Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
