Instructions:
Dissolve the gelatin: In a small bowl, dissolve the unflavored gelatin in hot water and mix well. Let it cool slightly.
Blend the ingredients: In a blender, add condensed milk, heavy cream, pineapple juice, and the dissolved gelatin. Blend for about 2–3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Refrigerate: Pour the mixture into a large glass bowl or individual cups. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until it sets.
Serve and enjoy! Garnish with fresh pineapple chunks or mint leaves if desired.
