Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from pan and let rest before slicing.
Cook the Pasta & Broccoli:
Boil salted water and cook pasta according to package instructions.
In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add broccoli. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce:
In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Simmer until thickened.
Combine Everything:
Add cooked pasta and broccoli to the sauce, tossing to coat.
Slice chicken and place on top.
Garnish & Serve:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
