Instructions:
1In a large bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
2In another bowl, beat cream cheese and mascarpone until light and fluffy. Add melted white chocolate, 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing well. Fold in 2 cups of the whipped cream until smooth.
3Brush half of the ladyfingers with half of the orange juice and arrange in a 13×9-inch dish. Spread with 2 cups of the cream cheese mixture, and layer with half of the strawberries. Brush the remaining ladyfingers with the remaining orange juice and arrange over the strawberry layer.
4Gently mix the remaining 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar into the remaining cream cheese mixture. Fold in the remaining whipped cream and spread over the ladyfingers. Top with the remaining strawberries.
5Refrigerate until ready to serve. For an extra touch, drizzle with chocolate syrup just before serving.
