In a saucepan, add 800 grams of condensed milk.
Add 400 grams of cream but do not turn on the heat yet.
Add 4 tablespoons of powdered milk.
Mix Ingredients:
Use a whisk to mix all the ingredients thoroughly until you have a smooth and consistent cream.
Cook the Cream:
Turn on the heat to medium.
Stir continuously to avoid burning the mixture.
Cook until the cream thickens slightly but is still pourable. This consistency is crucial for layering.
Layer the Cream:
Pour a small amount of the cream into the bottom of a mold or dish.
Spread it evenly with a spatula.
Adding the Cookie Layer:
Prepare Cookies:
Separate chocolate cookies.
Dip each cookie briefly in milk (don’t leave them too long, or they will disintegrate).
Layer Cookies:
Place the dipped cookies on top of the cream layer in the mold.
Cover the entire surface with cookies.
Repeat Layers:
Pour more cream on top of the cookies and spread evenly.
Add another layer of dipped cookies.
Continue this process until the mold is full, ending with a layer of cream.
Chilling the Dessert:
Refrigerate:
Place the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to set.
Preparing the Chocolate Ganache:
Melt Chocolate:
Break 250 grams of dark chocolate into pieces.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
Make Ganache:
Add 200 grams of cream to the melted chocolate.
Stir well until you have a smooth and shiny ganache.
