There are many days when I get so caught up in the hustle and bustle of life that I forget to cook dinner. There are also days when I know I’m going to be busy and have to start something in the morning because I won’t have time to cook a meal later in the day.

°1 bag frozen meatballs, thawed
°1 jar of marinara or spaghetti sauce
°3 cups of water
°1 box of butterfly pasta
°1 C. italian seasoning
°1 tsp mozzarella
°¼ tsp. Grated parmesan cheese
