Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the cheese base:
On a baking sheet, mix parmesan, pecorino, grated garlic, fresh thyme, melted butter and a pinch of black pepper. Spread the mixture evenly on the sheet.
Assemble the bread:
Place the sliced breadsticks on the cheese mixture, then brush the bread with extra melted butter. Arrange prosciutto slices on or around the bread.
Cooking:
Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crispy and the prosciutto is well crispy.
Assemble the Crostini:
Transfer cheesy bread onto a tray or serving board. Shred the burrata and spread it on the bread. Top with fresh peach slices, crispy prosciutto and basil leaves.
Finish and serve :
Drizzle hot honey crostini for a sweet and spicy kick. These crostini are delicious when served hot, but they’re also great at room temperature.
