- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook until al dente, according to package instructions.
- Drain the pasta and toss it with olive oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Meats
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and Italian sausage, breaking them apart with a spatula, until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2–3 minutes, until softened and fragrant.
- Stir in the diced bacon, pepperoni, and ham, mixing well to distribute the flavors.
Step 3: Combine the Meat Mixture with Sauce
- Pour the marinara or pizza sauce into the skillet with the cooked meats.
- Season with Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Allow the mixture to simmer for 5–7 minutes to marry the flavors.
Step 4: Assemble the Casserole
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
- Spread the cooked pasta evenly across the bottom of the dish.
- Pour the meat and sauce mixture over the pasta, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Arrange additional sliced pepperoni on top if desired.
